                              RESOLUTION NO. 21689
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF
                 GENERAL SERVICES TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR
                 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH MIKE LITTLE AND
                 ASSOCIATES, RELATIVE TO THE SOUTH CHATTANOOGA
                 SAFEWALK PROJECT, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
                 TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS
                 ($21,500.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Department of General Services 
be
       and is hereby authorized to enter into a Contract for 
Professional
       Services with Mike Little and Associates, relative to the South
       Chattanooga Safewalk Project, for an amount not to exceed
       $21,500.00.
